I guess with this game we wanted to make something, that was a science-fiction game. And there are lots of science-fiction games, but normally when I say that you picture space marines, you picture the post-apocalypse, you picture dystopia, you know? And that’s not what I picture when I think of sci-fi. Sci-fi for me is the books that I grew up with, is actual fiction, like Asimov and Clarke and Heinlein and people like that but, as well as that, when I close my eyes and I picture it I think of the covers. Like Chris Voss and Moebius and […] I picture that desolate landscape, that crashed spaceship and that kind of planet hanging off in the horizon.
If you have interest in a game, try it. Don’t let idiots ruin your perception of fun because they can’t enjoy what you do.
